This is just one of those days when I look out of the window at the dark gray, bleak, cold skies of the Sugarhouse neighborhood when I really wish I was laying out at the side of a swimming pool, where it's not too hot, but not at all cold, and I could just take a nice, relaxing nap. Or another scenario, I wish I could be at home and curl up on the couch with my favorite blanket in front of the fireplace (of course I don't have a fireplace, but a girl can dream...), a cup of hot chocolate, and turn on my favorite movies, or read a really good book. Instead, I am here at work stuck at a computer very early in the morning answering calls for people who are not yelling at me, but definitely not pleasant this "fine" day. Now, I really like winter, and I'll probably complain a lot once the weather turns out warm, but it's just today, at this moment where I wish it was a really nice day. I hope that I am not the only one feeling the hate towards the skies this morning and you enjoy my venting. Think good thoughts people!About Me

- Mike and I got married on January 3, 2008 in the Salt Lake City Temple. We met December 31, 2003 on New Years Eve, after his best friend invited him to a party. It was nearing midnight, and I had never kissed someone before on New Years Eve. He was sitting there all alone, in his University of Utah sweatshirt, and his Grizzlies backwards baseball cap, and he looked pretty cute. I asked him, "Hey, would you like to kiss at midnight?" He looked confused... Then he finally said, "Sure." I went over to him, and gave him a little peck (which apparently did not reach his lips, more like his chin...) and that was the start of it! We have a beautiful boy, Aiden, who will be two years old in June, and he is the joy of both our lives! We are both working, and we are currently living in Lehi, UT.We are a happy family and love doing things together.

Is It Over Yet?

All About My Honey!
(1) He's sitting in front of the TV, what is on the screen? Probably a video game he's playing-his latest infatuation Resident Evil: 5
(2) You're out to eat; what kind of dressing does he get on his salad? He is a ranch kind of guy.
(3) What's one food he doesn't like? Although he likes most anything, he definitely does not like pickles, or mustard. He gags if he even smells it.
(4) You go out to eat and have a drink? If he doesn't have just water, he'll order a Coke (but he's been doing so good lately on not drinking soda!)
(5) Where did he go to high school? West Jordan High School
(6) What size shoe does he wear? 12
(7) What is his favorite type of sandwich? At home, peanut butter and jelly, but going out it's The Philadelphian Philly Cheese Steak sandwich.
(8) What would this person eat every day if he could? Ice cream and peanut butter
(9) What is his favorite cereal? Maybe Reese's Puffs, but he really likes cereal and Frosted Mini Wheats and Marshmallow Maties are ranked up there too.
(10) What would he never wear? Basically anything that doesn't measure up to his expectations. If the neck is too loose on a t-shirt, he won't wear it.
(11) What is his favorite sports team? He doesn't really have one, but maybe the Utes.
(12) What is the color of his eyes? Very pretty blue
(13) Who is his best friend? Me definitely :) But then Jake would be his best guy friend
(14) What is something you do that he wishes you wouldn't do? Probably worry about my appearance too much-and nag :)
(15) What is his heritage? Oohh....that's a tough one. Not quite sure about that.
(16) You bake him a cake for his birthday; what kind of cake? I'm going to be making one in a couple of weeks! He really likes a bundt cake that I make, but he really likes a chocolate peanut butter cake that I make too.
(17) Did he play sports in high school? A little. He was on the volleyball team.
(18) What could he spend hours doing? Golfing, playing video games, snowboarding.
(19) If he had a $100.00, what would he spend it on? Probably a new game.
(20) If he could go anywhere on a vacation, where would it be? Hmm...I think maybe Egypt, but since he doesn't have money to travel right now, he doesn't talk about where he'd like to go that often.
(21) What is his favorite ice cream? Tracy's Peanut Butter Cup at Leatherby's. He orders peanut butter on the side for that one!!
(22) If he went on a reality show, which one would he go on? Fear Factor? I don't know...he doesn't really like reality shows :)
(23) What is he afraid of most? Hmm...maybe failing. But he really is afraid of the ocean.
(24) What is his favorite thing to say? "That's what she said."
(25) What is his favorite food? Probably a chicken salad that I make, or some meatballs that I make.
